It is our duty as citizens to protect the most vulnerable members of our society; this includes those with physical, emotional and intellectual disabilities. Helena’s House offers a safe haven and superior residential services and community support to intellectually disabled individuals over the age of 21 who may not be able to fully care for themselves.
Helena’s House was established in 2004 out of genuine concern for providing residential services and community support for those with emotional, physical, and intellectual disabilities. We take special pride in helping individuals with intellectual disabilities in our community reach their full potential.
Our six homes offer 24/7 care. Our expert staff of licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants and medication technicians work around the clock to ensure your loved one receives the attention and services they need to live comfortably.
If you’re a family member or the resource coordinator of someone who you think would enjoy joining our community residential program, contact us to schedule a meeting. Call Helena’s House today for more information and to meet our staff in person. We are licensed by the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Office of Healthcare Quality.
